Loan Servicing
Bank of North Dakota (BND) can provide servicing activities for the holders of student loan portfolios. Those servicing activities may include, at the option of the lender, new loan origination, payment processing, collection activities, federal reporting, etc. Provisions can be made to retain the identity of the original lender.
Lender Eligibility:
Any holder of student loans is eligible to participate in this program.
Fees:
Servicing fees will be based upon the specific level of servicing activities to be provided by Student Loans of North Dakota (SLND).
Agreements:
Each servicing engagement will be governed by a contractual agreement covering the specific services to be provided by SLND.
